Worldwide Shipping Now Available at Buyrouth!

How It Works?

Buyrouth proudly offers worldwide shipping. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your unique order number. Once your order is fulfilled and ready for shipment, you'll receive another email with a tracking number, enabling you to monitor your package's journey online.

Delivery Times

You can anticipate receiving your products within 3 to 5 working days. For orders exceeding $50 within Lebanon, delivery is free of charge. For international orders, delivery times vary between 2 to 7 working days depending on the destination.

Please note that for international shipments, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, varying according to the destination country.

Customs and Duties

When shipping to addresses outside Lebanon, your order may be subject to customs duties. These additional charges are separate from the purchase price and shipping fees. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties imposed by their country's customs regulations, calculated based on the shipping destination.

Buyrouth collaborates with leading global logistics partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all items to their intended recipients.

For any further inquiries regarding your order, please don't hesitate to contact our dedicated customer service team via email at info@buyrouth.com or by phone at +961 71 863 888. We're here to assist you every step of the way!

Returns Policy

At Buyrouth, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as hassle-free as possible for you. Here's how our returns policy works:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most new, unopened items for a full refund.

• If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we'll cover the return shipping costs.

• You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of initiating the return process. However, in many cases, refunds are processed more quickly.

• This timeframe includes transit time for us to receive your return (usually 5 to 10 business days), processing time once we receive it (typically 3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request (approximately 5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please reach out to us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We'll promptly provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping

We strive to make shopping with Buyrouth convenient for customers worldwide. Here's what you need to know about our shipping:

• We can ship to almost any address globally, though there may be restrictions on certain products.

• When you place an order, we'll estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select.

• Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, depending on the shipping provider you choose.

• Please note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based. You can find the weight of any item on its detail page. To align with the policies of our shipping partners, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

At Buyrouth, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every aspect of your shopping experience, including returns and shipping. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. Your happiness is our priority.
