Refund policy

Returns within 48 hours

You can ask to return an item within 48 hours of receiving your order. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +961 71 863 888 or email info@buyrouth.com with your order number and the item you want to return.

Conditions for a return

  • The product must be in perfect, sellable condition.
  • It must come back in its original packaging.
  • The original packaging must be sealed and unopened.
  • Nothing may be missing from the package.
  • Used or damaged products are not accepted.

Returns that do not meet these conditions are not accepted.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Sale items
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Items marked "Non-Returnable" on our website
  • Bundled items at discounted rates

Free returns within Lebanon

Returns within Lebanon are free. We arrange the pickup of the item, or you can drop it off at our pickup point: Buyrouth, Adam Building, Mar Maroun Street, Horch Tabet, Sin El Fil, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Customs duties

Customs duties apply only to international orders and are paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is accepted, you can choose to receive store credit or a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the full refund amount within 3 to 5 days of your request.

Items that arrive damaged or defective

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will exchange the item.

Warranty

Buyrouth does not offer a general warranty or product-specific warranties. Items that arrive defective are exchanged under this returns policy, as described above. This policy does not affect any rights you have under Lebanese consumer protection law.
