Good to know

• To switch it on or off, hold the button for 2 seconds. A flashing blue light means it is not connected to Wi-Fi; steady blue means it is connected. While charging, the light flashes red and turns steady red when full; a flashing red light when it is not charging means the battery is low.
• Use it gently at the entrance of the ear canal and don't push it deep into the ear. Don't use it on a painful or injured ear.
