How It Works?

Buyrouth proudly offers worldwide shipping. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your unique order number. Once your order is fulfilled and ready for shipment, you'll receive another email with a tracking number, enabling you to monitor your package's journey online.

Delivery Times

You can anticipate receiving your products within 3 to 5 working days. For orders exceeding $50 within Lebanon, delivery is free of charge. For international orders, delivery times vary between 2 to 7 working days depending on the destination.

Please note that for international shipments, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, varying according to the destination country.

Customs and Duties

When shipping to addresses outside Lebanon, your order may be subject to customs duties. These additional charges are separate from the purchase price and shipping fees. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties imposed by their country's customs regulations, calculated based on the shipping destination.

• This timeframe includes transit time for us to receive your return (usually 5 to 10 business days), processing time once we receive it (typically 3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request (approximately 5 to 10 business days).
